We ensure that all the relevant checks and searches are carried out on the property before the sale goes through to prevent any disastrous and expensive legal disputes further down the line. For example we clearly check all boundaries of the property, whether the seller has the legal right to sell the property, or even if there are plans to build a road or commercial plant right opposite your new property that you are unaware of. We also deal with changes of ownership such as divorce when one party is taking over sole ownership, or death when the property is being handed down the family.
