Helen Fenton

Licensed Conveyancer

Helen joined Donaldson Dunstall in October 2020 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in July 2023 after having first gained practical experience as a conveyancing assistant at several well-established local law firms over a career spanning 20 years in the conveyancing sector.

Helen is experienced in both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases together with re-mortgages and prides herself on her strong work ethic. She has a good reputation as an efficient, dependable, polite and enthusiastic conveyancer.

In her free time, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves nothing more than watching a good film while cosying up in front of a log fire and snuggling up with her pooch, Rupert the Bear. Helen also keeps active, regularly attending the gym and taking long walks along the seafront with Rupert the Bear!
